Application Notes
|
ELISA, Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry. Antibody can be used for the localization of rabbit IgG by ELISA, immunobotting and immunohistochemistry. Optimal concentration should be evaluated by serial dilutions. Can be used in the following immunochemical applications: 1) ELISA: Recommended starting dilution of 1:25,000 is recommended. 2) Immunoblotting: Recommended starting dilution of 1:10,000 using normal sheep or goat serum at dilutions of 1:100 - 1:400 or 1:10,000 using 40 ng of human IgG using a goat anti-human IgG as the primary antibody. 3) Immunohistochemistry: Recommended starting dilution of 1:100 using formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human tonsils and goat anti-human IgG as the primary antibody. Note: Due to differences in assay systems, working dilutions should be determined by titration assay to ensure proper reactivity of antibody in chosen system. Above dilutions should be viewed as starting guidelines only.
