產(chǎn)品詳情
簡單介紹:
Goatanti-HumanIgA,IgG,IgM(WholeMolecule)Antibody(Biotin)
詳情介紹:
Immunogen | Human IgG, IgA and IgM whole molecules |
Characteristics | Molar Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule |
Purification | Prepared from polyspecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity Chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. |
Background | Synonyms: Human IgA, Human IgG, Human IgM |
Application Notes |
Suiatable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as wellas other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titerand specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6- sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30?minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:50,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
Restrictions | For Research Use only |
Reconstitution | Restore with 1.0?mL of deionized water (or equivalent). |
Concentration | 1.0 mg/mL |
Buffer | 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 MSodium Chloride,?pH 7.2 with 10?mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01?% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative. |
Preservative | Sodium azide |
Precaution of Use | WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing. |
Handling Advice |
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. |
Storage | 4 °C/-20 °C |
Storage Comment | Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. |
